Yes, we offer an app, but it’s a tool of convenience, not our identity. It allows you to message professionals, view invoices, update pet profiles, and manage reservations, all from the palm of your hand. But behind every booking is a real person, working to ensure your experience is seamless and personalized.

April has over 25 years of Strategic Leadership experience. DOTR was born in 2003 as a passion project. The entrepreneurial venture was not the intention, but in April’s destiny. She combined her love for animals and people to build an epic community of compassionate individuals.

Business Integrator
Elyce deBrown brings 20+ years of leadership and operational excellence to Dogs On The Run. As our Business Integrator, she ensures that every detail behind the scenes supports the exceptional care and seamless experience our clients have come to expect.
A long-time client herself, Elyce understands the trust families place in DOTR. Her unique perspective, blending strategic business insight with genuine compassion, helps bridge our mission of care with the operational systems that make it thrive.
Elyce’s calm and solutions-driven approach keeps our team aligned, our processes refined, and our standards uncompromising. Maddy has over 10 years of Customer Service experience and found a knack for luxury, high-end customer service during her time working in the cosmetics industry. Combined with her passion for animals and helping others, Maddy reports this is her “Dream Job”. Favorite Breed of Dog or Cat: “I love all cats and dogs but I'm obligated by Yoshi (DOTR's “Chief Pet Officer”) to say Italian Greyhounds!”

Support Coordinator
Reece spent 4 years in LA training in performing arts and working as an actor, while supporting himself in fine dining and hospitality industry. Reece also gained 2 years experience in management for a herbal wellness company focussing on sales training and customer service development. His passion and most recent experience was in styling for apparel brands and personal styling in London.Favorite Dogs/Cats:
“I have a french bulldog named George who is my best friend, so frenchies are definitely my soft spot dogs. I also love dobermans, and scruffy rescues.
I do also love sphynx cats, they remind me of aliens and i'm obsessed with that.”

Jennifer brings more than six years of front-office and administrative experience from hospitality and corporate settings, including roles in guest services, HR coordination, and reservations across multi-property hotel groups in Hawaii, Florida, and Alabama. She's known for keeping details accurate and communication smooth, whether she's managing schedules, records, or client relationships. Jennifer holds a B.S. in Business Administration and is currently pursuing her MBA in Human Resource Management. She's bilingual in English and Tagalog.

Allison has an extensive Customer Service background from coordinating home renovations to coaching people in their weight loss goals, Allison has always enjoyed helping people thrive! She is incredibly grateful to have joined Dogs On The Run, getting to work on the Concierge team and growing marketing strategies to share about the incredible pet care services and compassionate professionals at DOTR.

Reservations Specialist
Regina brings over 20 years of experience supporting teams and clients across healthcare, wellness, and administrative roles. Moving into the pet concierge world with Dogs on the Run has been a fun and refreshing change, and she loves coordinating care for the fur babies and their parents. She’s known for her organization, empathy, and positive approach. Outside of work, Regina enjoys crafting, interior design, and time with her family.

I love dachshunds and their silly and stubborn personalities.

Senior Marketing Coordinator
Sandra brings nearly a decade of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and brand storytelling across hospitality, lifestyle, and B2B industries. She currently teaches growth marketing at Cal State San Marcos and manages digital strategy for hospitality and lifestyle clients, with a track record of boosting brand visibility and campaign performance through data-driven, community-focused marketing. Sandra holds an MBA and a B.A. in Marketing from HTW Berlin and is fluent in German, English, and Spanish. "CPO" Chief Pet Officer
Yoshi joined DOTR in 2021 as an Emotional Support Animal. He is dedicated to taste testing and recognized as the DOTR door greeter. Yoshi quickly begged his way to the top and has recently been promoted to DOTR's CPO.
Favorite Breed of Dog or Cat: I guess cats or small dogs that allow me to be the center of attention. Overall, I just want to be with my mom and dad.

Melissa brings hands-on experience in customer service, front desk operations, and team leadership from years in the pet retail and grooming industry. She's skilled in managing client relationships, inventory, and scheduling, with a background that also includes store supervision and pet grooming. Melissa is known for staying organized in busy, fast-moving environments and for jumping in wherever she's needed to keep things running smoothly. She brings a genuine love of pets to everything she does.

Meet Elsa, the four-legged heartbeat of Dogs On The Run HQ. As our Chief Happiness Officer, Elsa takes her responsibilities very seriously. From greeting every guest with a wagging tail to making sure no snack goes unnoticed, she's an expert at creating smiles.
Her daily duties include welcoming visitors, supervising meetings (usually while napping), boosting team morale, approving belly rubs, and reminding us to take a break when life gets too busy.
When she's not hard at work, you'll find Elsa soaking up the sunshine, charming everyone she meets, and making sure every member of our admin team feels right at home.

Poppy serves as Dogs On The Run’s resident morale booster, greeting committee chair, and unofficial head of emotional wellness. She plays a critical role in setting the tone of the office by ensuring every visitor, team member, and delivery person feels welcomed, appreciated, and slightly happier than when they arrived.
