Nature of Services

Dogs On The Run is a pet care concierge and referral service. DOTR does not directly provide pet care services. All pet care services are performed by independent Pet Care Professionals, not employees or agents of DOTR.

DOTR facilitates introductions, scheduling, and administrative coordination.

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Maintain the safety and suitability of your home and pets

  • Communicate honestly regarding pet behavior, health, and needs

  • Comply with all applicable laws

Payments & Fees

Fees for concierge services and pet care are disclosed prior to booking. Payment processing is handled through approved third-party providers.

Refunds, cancellations, and fees are subject to posted policies and service agreements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • DOTR is not liable for actions, omissions, or conduct of independent Pet Care Professionals

  • DOTR does not guarantee outcomes, safety, or performance of services

  • DOTR shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is discontinuation of use.

Assumption of Risk

Pet care involves inherent risks, including injury, illness, property damage, or loss. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, logos, graphics, images) is owned by Dogs On The Run and may not be used without written permission.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes

  • Interfere with site functionality

  • Misrepresent affiliation with DOTR

  • Harass or harm professionals or clients

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of California, governed by California law.

You waive the right to participate in class actions.
