Joey: 5 Years of Building, Leading, and Growing

Joey is celebrating her 5-year work anniversary, and it’s a milestone that means so much to our entire community. As the very first employee on our concierge team, Joey didn’t just step into a role, she helped create it.

From the ground up, she built the concierge department into what it is today. Her commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and genuine care for both Pet Parents and Pet Care Professionals set the tone early on. Over the past five years, Joey has played a key role in the growth of Dogs On The Run, helping us expand our reach while maintaining the personalized, high-touch experience we’re known for.

She’s been there through milestones, challenges, and big wins, always showing up with consistency and heart. Simply put, Dogs On The Run wouldn’t be what it is today without her.

Reece: One Year of Impact and Support

We’re also celebrating Reece, who marks his one-year anniversary with us. As part of our recruitment and support team, Reece has quickly become an integral part of daily operations.

Reece works closely with new Pet Care Professionals, guiding them through the ins and outs of Dogs On The Run. From onboarding to ongoing support, he helps ensure every professional feels confident, prepared, and connected from day one.

His ability to support, educate, and build relationships has made a lasting impact not only on our team, but on every professional he works with. His presence strengthens the foundation of our community and helps us continue delivering exceptional service.
