Yoshi supervises daily with Maddy, our Director of Operations.
Poppy keeps the Business grounded alongside Elyce.
Biscuit is the proud son of Matt from our Concierge team.

They aren’t mascots, they’re reminders.

They test ideas before we introduce them to Pet Parents. They sit in on meetings while we review protocols. They quietly observe as we refine systems and schedules.

And occasionally, right in the middle of a serious discussion, one of them drops a toy at our feet.
