Welcome to the team: jennifer and melissa

As Dogs On The Run continues to grow, so does our commitment to providing every Pet Parent with a seamless, personalized experience. We're excited to welcome two new Concierge Specialists, Jennifer Danner and Melissa Barragan, to our Concierge Team.

Jennifer joins us with more than six years of administrative, guest services, and client support experience across the hospitality and corporate industries. With a background in business administration and a passion for creating organized, positive client experiences, she brings exceptional attention to detail and thoughtful communication to every interaction. Jennifer is currently pursuing her MBA in Human Resource Management and shares her home with four cats.

Melissa brings extensive experience in customer service, scheduling, front desk operations, and pet care from the pet retail and grooming industry. Her ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, combined with her genuine love of animals, makes her a wonderful addition to our Concierge Team. When she's not helping Pet Parents, you'll likely find her spending time with her beloved Pit Bull, Honey.

Jennifer and Melissa are here to help match Pet Parents with trusted Pet Care Professionals, answer questions, coordinate services, and ensure every experience with Dogs On The Run is as smooth and stress-free as possible.
