An Afternoon of Celebration: Carlsbad Chamber’s Red, White & Bold Awards

There are moments in business that invite you to pause, not to measure success by wins alone, but to appreciate the community that makes the journey so meaningful. The Red, White & Bold Awards, hosted by the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce, was one of those moments.

This year, we had the honor of being nominated for the Community Impact Award. While we did not take home the title, we left the afternon with something far more lasting: a deep sense of pride, inspiration, and connection.

To be in a room filled with so many businesses doing extraordinary work in Carlsbad was a powerful reminder of why we chose to build here. There is an undeniable spirit within this community, one that celebrates innovation, resilience, and heart.

One of the most memorable moments of the event was hearing from Starr of Bitchin' Sauce. Her story of launching and growing her company right here in Carlsbad beautifully reflected the same values we hold close: authenticity, passion, and a deep appreciation for the community that supports our growth. As a woman-owned business, it was especially meaningful to witness and celebrate that journey.

We are incredibly grateful to be part of a network that not only uplifts its members but genuinely celebrates one another’s success. The Chamber, and the remarkable businesses within it, create an environment that feels both elevated and deeply personal, a rare and inspiring combination.

To be included among such impactful companies is an honor in itself. And to continue growing alongside like-minded, purpose-driven businesses is something we cherish.
