St. Patrick’s Day in San Diego might look like a few cute photos of dogs in festive outfits… but behind the scenes, it’s something more.

It’s our dog walkers showing up with a little extra joy adding a bandana here, a bow there, just to make a pet parent smile when they get their update.

It’s the laughter between visits, the quick photos snapped in the sunshine, and the pride our team takes in making each dog feel special (even if they’re not thrilled about the outfit at first).

Back at our HQ in Carlsbad, it’s sharing corned beef and cabbage together, taking a moment to connect as a team in the middle of busy schedules.
