With over 10 years of customer service experience, 5 years in business administration, and a background as a corporate trainer, Cassandra leads the team with both expertise and heart. She is driven by one goal: to make a positive impact in everything she does—and it shows in every interaction.

Reservations & Accounting/Compliance Specialist
Jay brings over 5 years of customer service experience and a passion for helping others succeed. He takes pride in coaching and supporting small business owners, and brings that same thoughtful, solutions-focused mindset to our clients and team.

Reservations Specialist
With more than 20 years of experience supporting teams and clients across healthcare, wellness, and administrative roles, Regina brings a calm, organized, and empathetic approach to everything she does. She loves being part of the pet concierge world and finds joy in coordinating care for both pets and their people. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting, interior design, and spending time with family.
