San Diego Humane Society’s Walk for Animals, North County

Dogs On The Run is proud to support the San Diego Humane Society’s Walk for Animals, North County, happening Saturday, March 21 at Kit Carson Park in Escondido. This fun, community walk helps raise vital funds for animals in need, supporting lifesaving medical care, shelter, rescue, and adoption programs for more than 40,000 pets and wildlife each year.

Bring your dog and enjoy a morning filled with live music, a pancake breakfast, dog activities, adoptable pups, and a vendor village of animal-loving businesses. The walk begins at 9 a.m., but festivities start at 7 a.m. with registration, breakfast, and entertainment.

Whether you join us for the walk, fundraise for the animals, or simply come out to celebrate the human–animal bond, you’ll help give animals the second chance they deserve. Dogs are welcome — just remember to keep them on leash at all times.

👉 Join the walk, support a great cause, and help create a more humane San Diego for animals and the people who love them.
